Return procedure
The purchased goods can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
Returns made after the indicated deadline may be accepted exclusively at the discretion of Emporio Sicilia Atelier.
Emporio Sicilia Atelier srls will refund the total cost of the goods except for shipping costs.
The refund, excluding shipping costs, will be credited to PayPal or the same credit/debit card used for the purchase.
To carry out the return procedure, you must send an email to emporiosiciliaatelier@gmail.com with the subject “RETURN OF GOODS” and in the text of the email indicate: name, address and telephone number (for possible contact) of the buyer and specify the order number communicated after the purchase and the codes of the items you wish to return. Once the return request has been received, Emporio Sicilia Atelier will send the Customer a return authorization with the specifications to follow. The return must be addressed to: Emporio Sicilia Atelier srls, Via Nunzio Morello 21, 90144, Palermo.
To make a return, wait for the authorization issued by Emporio Sicilia Atelier.
The email with the return authorization must be included inside the package.
The shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the Customer (see paragraph “Shipping costs for returns or exchanges”).
Unauthorized returns are not accepted. The return is accepted only if the procedure indicated in this paragraph is followed.
Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during shipping.
Shipping costs may vary if the products are returned from a country other than the one originally indicated as the destination address.
The package must be delivered closed to the courier.
The refund of the price of the returned products, net of shipping costs, occurs within 14 working days from the date on which Emporio Sicilia Atelier received the returned product in the indicated conditions.
Return conditions
The products to be returned must not have been worn, used and damaged. They must still have all the original tags and security seals intact.
Shoes must be tried on a carpet and returned in the original box, which is an integral part of the product. Shoes returned without a box or in a damaged box may be refused and returned to the Customer.
If the label is removed or the items are creased, the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the Customer.
Returns that do not meet all the required conditions will not be accepted.
Gift Returns
In the case of products purchased and sent as gifts, the return can be exercised exclusively by the Customer and in no case by the recipient of the gift, following the same steps indicated in the Returns paragraph.
It is understood that the integrity of the product is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
